9 Months

Mr. Brady is 9 Months old already!!!

Here are some of his favorite things to do:

He loves to chew on anything and everything.  If he can reach it and fit it in his mouth-in it goes!  This is one of his favorites to chew on--my old slipper with a rubber bottom.

Brady loves to play at Seth's learning table.  Seth is so nice to let us borrow it.  Brady pulls himself right up to it and stands there to play.  His favorite part is the story book.  He loves to turn the pages and spin the roller to make it talk and sing.

Uh, Mom, how many pictures are you going to take??

Brady is starting to move from one piece of furniture to another.  He isn't very good at this yet, but he's working on it.

When he drops something he doesn't know how to bend down and get it so he usually just plops down to the floor.

Brady definitely loves to stand up.  He crawls very fast and usually goes towards something that he can pull himself up to.

Brady has four teeth-two on bottom & two on top.  We think he's getting more on top because he has been very whiny and grinding his teeth a lot lately.

Brady is so happy most of the time.  He loves to talk.  He still isn't saying a lot of recognizable sounds on a regular basis.  Once in awhile he will make a sound we know, but he jabbers like he's having conversations with us, the cat and his toys.  He especially loves growling!  I taught him that.   :)

Brady is such a fast mover now.  Mommy says it's time for her to go back to work so she doesn't have to follow Brady around keeping him from injury all day!  She is just kidding though.  Mommy knows she is so lucky to get to be home to watch all the new things Brady and I are doing.

Brady is starting to grab things out of the toy box and throw them on the floor.  He will sit and play with toys on his own, but his favorite spot is next to his big brother.  He loves to be tickled under his chin and armpits.  He laughs really hard when Daddy says, "Couscous."

He is happy to go to the nursery at church every Sunday.  The ladies there love him and tell us that he is such a good baby and a good talker.  

Brady is eating most things that we can cut up into small pieces for him.  Lately he has liked edamame, apples, cheese and oyster crackers.  He also likes to eat Cinnamon Cheerios while we make his breakfast.  

We go for his 9 month doctor appointment on Friday, so we will have measurements then.  He is starting to grow out of his 12 month clothes, so Mommy predicts he will be "big."   :)

Our family is so blessed can't imagine life before our "little" Brady!
